Audition Process Timeline

August 29–September 8: Explain to students, gauge interest, and enter students into system. Students can still be entered after Sept. 8, but we prefer to have names earlier.

August 30–September 29: Student excerpt preparation and mp3 (director or student upload possible – see instructions); no submissions after 9/29

September 30–October 7: preferred judging window

October 8–14: final week of judging

October 15–16: Announcement of accepted students into the NC Intercollegiate Honor Band. Music to be sent out electronically.
